The product did not even turn on the first time. It beeps when connected to power but that's about it for it's functionality. I would not recommend this product

It is very good for Humidifying your bedroom. I am very calm when I go to sleep and wake up because of this product. Its also a very good decoration, especially when the lights are off. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely love this, but the cleaning/refilling of it is horrible. Need to have something to push the inside down hill hole pulling the cover off. Never had an issue with any other product like this. Seems like it’s vacuumed sealed! But when it’s on, it’s amazing and I get a lot of comments on it!

Has an attractive flame effect which displays better in the evening. The diffusion has lessened noticeably with use and the button to increase it beeps when pressed but there is no noticeable increase in fog density. The cover jammed on very tight several times and had to be pried loose to refill with water. Has a flashing mode which would be much nicer if were a fast flickering mode to enhance the flame effect. The unit is attractive but doesn't seem to very durable and I don't expect a long product life. There are many similar models but they all seem to be of similar quality and design and there's no way to tell which is best.

It kept shutting off, no matter how much water was in it (so, not a problem of too little or too much water). The few times it did stay on for longer than 5 seconds, it never emitted more than one tiny finger of vapor from one corner. I was so excited about this thing so I tried and tried and tried to make it work. Seems cheap.

L’item est d’une qualité médiocre après 6 mois, il ne fonctionne plus. De plus, il faut qu’il fasse assez noir pour voir les flammes. Très cher pour ce que cela vaut. Je ne le recommande pas.
