Q: Does it provide privacy at night? Can you see through it from the outside in with the lights on inside?

Yes. If the lights are on, people can see in.

Q: hi! It keeps fell off from window. how can i do? please give me advise.

If you haven't, you need to follow the instructions provided. They include removing the protective backing, wetting the film, installing it, and removing air bubbles with the plastic tools provided. My film attached well and hasn't separated from the glass in more than a year.

Q: How clear is the film ... I bought a roll from a box store and it was horrible to see through ... is this film clear with no distortions ?

You can see through it, but it does darken the window. It looks much darker on the roll and in the website picture than it actually is. It reflects the heat and hot sun good and I live in Florida.
