Little Choux Temptations

I have an eleven years old niece who loves desserts. Lord knows how much weight I've gained just eating desserts with her. One of my co-worker's wife told me about this book, so I ordered it to have a fun weekend with my sister and niece. It turned out to be the best investment ever because my niece loves this book as she can decorates the choux the way she wants to, and my sister loves the recipes because the choux is not too sweet like the ones we bought. I, of course, enjoyed the freshly made desserts in bite size and not having to worry about my belly size as much.We have a company party coming up, and I have made an arrangement with my niece. She will help me with the desserts, and I will buy her the author's other Macaron Magic 2... My sister like the deal because she loves the mother and daughter bonding time. What a win-win!

Fills a gap in pastry baking...I recommend this book for the professional and home baker.It fills the culinary non-sweet void in pasty baking.

Great sequel to the first choux book. Many variations on the pate a choux recipes beyond the traditional version. Recipes are mostly grouped by ingredients in the pate a choux and fillings, fruit, nuts, spices, etc. I love the veggies, the zucchini donuts and beets puffs are delicious! Great way to have your veggies and desserts!

Fantastic book! Detailed instructions on making mini cream puffs and eclairs with how to pictures. The fruit dessert cake makes a great holiday center-piece. Highly recommended!
