Gives a warm attractive look
Although some reviewers say it turned their teak orange, I found that not to be the case. It does have a tint that is warm, but a pleasing look if you don’t want the silvery weathering look, or want to delay it. A quart goes a long long way if you apply it thin, with just the slightest dab on a foam brush. I still have a little left after sealing a loveseat, chair, ottoman and two side tables. The furniture in my photos are new, one month old under a pergola, and the loveseat was unboxed and assembled the day of sealing. They all look the same after sealing, whether a month of exposure or right out the box. The wood will chew up foam brushes quickly so buy a half dozen, or a brush or two per pieces of furniture. I have no comment on longevity since I just applied it but it is easy to work with, nice and thin, and I like the look. It does take a while to cure, maybe a couple full days of direct sunlight, so be patient and make sure its cured before you put cushions on it.

Easy to use and goes a long way
We used it for old teak furniture, we power washed and sanded 1st. You only need a small amount. Get absorbed well and seemed to give the pieces a fresh look. It's easier to clean now.

Time will tell if I like this better than their oil.
I've used their teak oil for 30+ years on teak swim platforms on boats that sit in the water for 4 months in the summer. The oil keeps the teak looking bright about 2 months. This is the first time I've used this sealer. Time will tell on how well it holds up. I personally like the lighter color. I included a picture of the light stain so you can see the color it gives to cleaned teak. I really prefer the look of the oil over the addition of the stain. I will update this review after a boating season on its durability. I gave it 4 stars only because I think the price is steep for 8 Oz. Also FYI, I used almost half of this can to apply 2 coats to the topside of this platform.Update after putting in the water: This finish is definitely less slippery than the two coats of Starbright teak oil I normally used. I will try to update later in the season as to how well it holds up.

Restored my weathered table!
My table is only a few years old however due to being left outside over the winter it looked gray and very weathered. I was searching for a product to restore the finish and found Star Brite. I scrubbed the table with soap and water using a stiff brush. Surprisingly a ton of dirt came out even though it didn't look "dirty." After the table dried I gave it a light sanding with fine grit sandpaper. I blew all of the dust away with a leaf blower and gave it a wipe. I applied two coats of the Star Brite using a 3" paint brush and brushed with the wood grain. I do not see any streaks and the finish so far looks amazing! Time will tell how long it lasts but this is a major improvement.
