Q: I just got this oil: Is this oil supposed to be very thin, and watery in consistency vs. traditional non-synthetic clock oil????

Synthetic oil is always better than traditional oil. More pricy too. Thinner, yes. I would not go back to the traditional.

Q: What's the differance between fully synthetic auto motor oil , and your clock synthetic oils?

Both are the synthetic oil but each is designed for totally different application. Synthetic motor oil has higher viscosity (thick), additives (chemicals) to lubricate and clean the car engine , in high temperature environment, and not degrade. Synthetic clock oil is clean low viscosity oil for lubrication and protection of delicate mechanism over long period of time. You cannot interchange the two oils, just because they share a common word "synthetic ".
