Best sturdy and heavy duty bicycle
The motovolt hum bicycle is solid long range bike, it fullfill all my needs, it is being used for multipurpose work such as commute and goods delivery. I didn't find any other affordable electric bicycle like hum.

For personal use.good product. After sales service I think is more important.from call centre to service...very prompt.keep it up.

the bike is good but the service is alarmingly bad.
the bike is great as long as it runs without problems. When there is a problem however small it is getting the service is a nightmare. My accelerator stopped working suddenly, and i tried reaching out to the service people and to the store that i bought it from, i also sent an email. I heard back from them after two weeks. the service person kindly visited and said that a part had to be replaced and it would take about 10 -15 days,. This is the only mode of transport i have and with over a month of it being under repair i am quite upset and frustrated with the service.

I was purchse kivo red, and i just fadeup to repair and replacing battery, controller, display and motor. Worst product

Very useful product
The cycle is very good, it travels 45 km in a single charge in a throttle turn, but it should be provided with a locking system for battery on off, its seat is also very hard, it should be soft and flexible,

Review on HUM model electric cycle
The product is good and giving satisfactory performance. Follow up from MOTOVOLT is good. Last few months, I am using it and giving maintenance free performance.
