Each exercise teaches you how to correctly plié and relevé on one leg so you hit your poses with ease and beauty. Finis Jhung breaks down each exercise and then it is demonstrated by Antonio Carmena, NYCB soloist. EXERCISES: Part 1. Dancing forward (en avant) 1.
