Woman Within Women's Plus Size Perfect Cotton Wide-Leg Jean

These jeans arrived quickly and are well made. I finally found a pair of jeans that don't grip your legs or thighs! No more stupid leggins that companies seem to think EVERY women wants. They do have some stretchiness to them which I like but they have plenty of room in them. An added bonus to these is that they have REAL pockets! I can actually put my hand all the way in past my wrist, which also keeps things from falling out of the pockets. I will caution some women though...these are wide legs, which go all the way down to the bottom of the pant leg, so there is no tapering toward the lower leg like I would love to have (boot cut). I usually wear a 22 reg or a 24 reg, depending on the manufacturer, so this size was close to just right (24 reg, I'm pear shaped so I have wide hips). I also got another set of these jeans, but one size up (26 reg) so I could wear my long john's under them. I live in Michigan, and work in a very cold room, cutting fruit. I'm very happy with these jeans!

I ordered a size up because I suspected these would be a little tighter in the waist than the Smooth Waist jeans I usually buy from Woman Within. It didn't help. These pants have the most bizarre proportions I've ever seen. They fit over my hips in the front and buttoned but the back pockets were about 5 inches below where they should be. I'm used to jeans not fitting my butt but this is new to me. The back pockets were literally under my butt! It made me look like my rear end was sagging. Extremely unflattering. The only way I think these would fit is if I had a butt as flat as a board.Also, the black looks nothing like the picture. The picture looks like black denim, you know, where you can see some texture and white threading beneath the black. What I got was flat black fabric with no denim look at all. The kind of black jeans fabric that everything sticks to and you wear for semi formal occasions.I was heartbroken because these really are truly wide leg jeans even for someone with thicker thighs and calves. Great for summer days out walking around.

I like the color, feel of the fabric, and length. Pants were made for someone who is all around round! I have a littler waist and a big bum so the fit wasn't perfect. I ended up darting over the two pockets in the waist for a better fit.

I like the fabric. I ordered a petite and they were still too long and the waist was too big.Was not sure if I should order another pair and size down. Instead I put a hem in the legs and took a tuck in the waist. I do not tuck my tops in, so the tuck worked. I am never sure of my size for all the manufacturing brands on Amazon. It is a guessing game. I try to stay within their size chart, but that does not always work for me. I really like the style of the wide leg. I get tired of wearing leggings and straight or skinny jeans.Might size down on another order. Price is good and quality of the jeans fabric is nice and soft, I would recommend these jeans. If not for the sizing I would give them 5 stars. Nothing gets a 6 from me.

Friday is Jean day at work and I’m the receptionist so I like to wear something not quite so “jeany”. I’m also on the plump side and these fit great, look great and I look forward to wearing them

WELL MADE, GOOD FABRIC ... I EXPECT TO WEAR THESE JEANS FOR WORK AND PLAY ... EVERY DAY

With today's trend toward skinny jeans, it has been difficult to find jeans that fit well, look good and most importantly are comfortable. Not only am I a curvy gal, but I also have fibromyalgia and tight fitting closing is not only uncomfortable but is sometimes just painful on my skin. These are perfect for me and I already ordered a second pair in another color. They do run a little large in the waist but I just wear a belt with them. I will likely order more in the future if the company has them.
