No need to oil the bearings. If you do it might get messy. Better to replace them if they get worn out. Should be able to get them at a skateboard shop.

Yes, we purchased the plasma car polyurethane replacement wheels for Amazon price of $17.99; our home has tile, wood, cement, and carpet covered floors ( works great,leaving no mars of any kind )
