Blazin calls this "weatherproof" - its BETTER than that!Our Labradane got blasted protecting me from a skunk at 5am today - the collar took multiple blasts from Mr. Skunk and I thought it was ruined.Soaking (completely immersed) in very hot water with Tide, peroxide, and Oxy cleaner for over 3 hours with a rinse & fresh hot water & cleaner every 30 min. I really had zero expectations that the collar would work & expected to have to disgard it. As you can see in the video, the long, hot soak didn't phase the collar at all. Still works perfectly! Absolutely amazing - this one needs SIX Stars!We got two of these for our Lab and Labradane - both dogs over 100 lbs. The collars seem to run a bit large, but were easy to adjust for out dogs. We got blue and green so we can tell the boys apart at night. Construction is very sturdy and they are easy to charge. The collar does use an older micro USB instead of the more modern USB-C, but since a charging cable was included, this isn't a problem.The collar lights last for hours and help us keep track of our dogs at night and early in the morning. We live out in the country where dogs (ours and neighbors) run about in fields and farm roads. Collars make our black dogs very visible when we let them out early AM or at night to relieve themselves. We find that the collar also helps our older dog who is somewhat visually impaired see where he is going - helps him move with more confidence in the dark.Highly recommended.

Overall, these are excellent LED collars. They are very well made, reliable, and quite bright.I have tried 5 of these collars in various colors, trying to find the colors that are the easiest to see on a dark night from a far distance. The 3 I have settled on as the brightest and most visible are definitely the pink, the blue, and the green. Based on my personal experience, I have found these 2 colors NOT to be as visible in the dark: yellow and red. Just my take....I've been using these collars about 27 nights a month for the past 16 months. There have been a couple minor problems, but they are minor. These collars definitely still earn a full 5 stars. They are worth every penny and I think are actually a really good value.Minor issue #1: Occasionally somehow the dogs can turn these off. I don't know how, but they do. (Or if the dogs aren't somehow pressing the switch to off, then maybe the lights are going off themselves?) This happens rarely -- maybe once every 4-5 months -- and is not a big problem.Minor issue #2: There is a well designed rubber nub that fits into the USB port to protect it from dust when the collar isn't being charged. The "hinge" side of this nub eventually fails from normal daily use, and the nub falls off. Not a big deal. I've found the USB port still doesn't get too dirty, despite almost nightly walks on dirt roads.Be advised these collars are LONGER than you would expect. My dogs are about 60 pounds, not little dogs. For my first purchase of these collars I bought size Large. They were extremely over-long, but the collars are easily adjustable and I made them work fine. After 14-15 months of use I noticed the collars were not holding a charge as long as they used to, so I bought a new round of them, this time size Medium. (For the first year or so the Large collars would hold a good bright charge for about 10 hours of use. Beyond a year of use, they were holding a good bright charge for only about half that time. Also, on the pink collar 1 LED had burned out -- but only 1 of many, and this was no big deal.)When I ordered the new round of size Medium a couple weeks ago, they were the perfect size (very slightly too long, but again easily adjusted to make them a bit smaller).Here's the theory I'm going to be testing: Since the Medium collars have fewer LEDs than the Large collars, I'm guessing the charge is going to last longer. (I'm guessing that since the battery will be supplying power to fewer LEDs, there should be a longer time between recharges.) I'm hoping my theory will pan out. These brand new Medium collars are very bright and holding a strong charge for 10+ hours since they are new.Since I often walk dogs off leash in isolated rural settings at night, it is imperative for me to be able to see my dogs if they wander away. And I CAN easily see them from quite far away - maybe 150 yards away. Likewise, when I walk the dogs on leash at night in town (often in the street since we have almost no traffic), I want cars to be able to see them. (The few nighttime drivers in my small town slow down and some of them tell me from their car window how much they like these collars. And people who are out walking or sitting on their porches have given me many favorable comments. These collars are REALLY visible from a long distance away and easily draw the attention of onlookers.)I have tried many different solutions for lights on my dogs' collars over the last 10 years. For a long time, I used various brands of clip-on LED lights. Not very bright. Overly large and heavy. And they quickly ate up little lithium disc batteries (which were hard to change). But they were the best solution I could find. When I discovered these LED collars, I tried them and found out they do a very good job.By the way, if you REALLY want to make sure everybody sees your dogs, select the blinking lights setting. I do this in town. Nobody could possibly miss seeing your dogs when those lights are blinking. In the country, where there are no cars or people, I use the solid light setting, which works fine and is less distracting.After many years of trying many different products, I feel like I have found a really good solution for making my dogs highly visible at night, even from far distances. If you're on the fence about these collars, my personal opinion is that you'll be very happy with these collars for your dogs.

I like the awesome idea that it is durable & inexpensive for your pet. It is bright and worth seeing & noticeable when walking the dog for safety reasons and let everyone know that you are out & about the community.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this collar after looking at and reading many reviews for it and others like it. I choose the black collar with the white LED's to get the maximum light output. The fit was perfect for my White West Highland Terrier (small) as the measurement chart was spot on. The collar is well made and could be used as an everyday collar if needed. Moving the adjustment rings over the LED's is a bit difficult, but not too hard, and it doesn't need done that often. The ring for the leash attachment is big and holds well, the snap buckle is strong and east to to use. The collar also does not loosen up during use. It is a very well made collar. The best part about this collar is the LED lights of course ! They are very bright and show up well for walking in or near traffic. I use the steady light for off lead running around the yard at night and the slow blink for walking in the evening. The fast blink is really annoying, but that is just my personal opinion, it does show up well at night from 100-200 yards away. Battery life is excellent ! I've had the collar for 2 months and use it daily (It is winter and in western NY its dark at 5pm in December) for at least an hour a day on slow blink. I estimate you can go for at least 10 hours on slow blink between charges and have gone nearly twice that long if you are not concerned about light output from 10 to 20 hours. That is a long time which may vary if you use a setting other than slow blink. charging takes a couple hours on my android phone charger (not included but easy obtainable). I charge up once a week, it has never gone dead! It has a charge port cover that needs to be closed after charging, so it is water resistant, NOT waterproof. Finnegan wears it outside in all kinds of weather, rain, snow with no issues and actually likes it turned on. He will wait to have it turned on/off. Did I forget to point out the 100% Lifetime Guarantee !I know this is a glowing review, I paid 100% of my hard earned money for this item and am completely satisfied. I will update this review after more use and let you know how well it is still working.1 yr UPDATE: I've been using this for over a year, more during Winter when it is dark on our evening walks, but everyday it gets used and charged up about once a week. It's still going strong ands works 100% even despite a run in with my brothers playful Irish Wolfhound Puppy (Think big dog). It has teeth marks on the battery control box(see picture), but has not failed ! I no longer use the blinking mode as it is a bit annoying. Give this one 6 stars !2 yr UPDATE: Not a lot to add, Battery is still lasting on charge and charging well and there have been no failures or issues. Several friends have purchased this on my recommendation. Finnegan is happy with it also !

Muy contenta con el collar. Se ve a mucha distancia, ilumina muchísimo. Se ve muy bien al perro todo el rato porque el collar tiene luz por toda la circunferencia. Llevo usándolo unos 10 días 30- 45’ al día y aún no tenido que cargarlo.
