Great alternative to a combination lock. Put it on my glove box safe in my vehicle does great.

Works great. I’ve used it everyday for 3 months and the fingerprint works the first time. Battery also still has 4 out of 4 lights.Highly recommend.

It did not last a week before someone forced it open with what appears to be channel lock marks. The pin hole is open ended and flared out allowing pin to rotate inside the sleeve … poor design which now caused my shop locker to be broken into and items stolen. unit is now damaged and unable to return. Extremely unhappy about this product and its inability to prevent such easy forced access and loss of property

The media could not be loaded. Received my lock on time, it has a nice way to it and is an attractive lock on the front of my wood cabinet. It was relatively easy to install, everything‘s in millimeters and of course I have standard bits. Need to recess around the front base of the unit on uneven wood surface, used a forester bit, don’t recall what size, but it worked well. my only complaint is that I can train it to recognize my thumbprint and it seems to work OK until a day or two later and it will not open with the fingerprint. If it wasn’t for the app being unable to unlock the lock, I wouldn’t be able to get into my cabinet. It has been frustrating, but I wouldn’t return the lock as now I’ve created a new hole in the front of my furniture.

This is a simple, neat little gadget. After a little fumbling around to install it in our particular filing cabinet, we got it to work just fine. Hold a charge for a long time.

I installed this lock on a console safe in my truck. The whole concept is awesome, reach over, touch the finger pad, and open the safe. Looked great installed. The problem is, after registering fingerprints, it would work perfect the first couple times that I'd test it, and then it was very hit and miss when it would work. There was a couple times I needed to access the safe and I had to use the phone app because the reader would not pick up the fingerprint. I did some digging in the app and found you can increase the sensitivity. Great! I turn that on and redo the prints as required with the new setting. I had a slightly better chance of it reading the print and unlocking, but at best it was maybe 45%. I finally accepted the fact that I could not rely on the lock, as much as I wanted to. I ended up returning it.

I was looking for a product that would work with my lock er down safe in my vehicle. The 20 mm length works perfectly. If you need to get into your safe with the existing options, you have to have light and look directly at it and I can now access my safe without having to look and it works amazing. I had to do a small modification using a washer since the diameter hole was slightly larger but it didn’t take much.
