Q: Why did you put 45 on the hat, do you do that for all the presidents or does your company believe that only trump is American

Can't answer why the company put 45 on the hat in question but can tell you that it was one of the reasons I purchased it. Maybe that is the answer!?

Q: why does this have "46" on the side

It is probably referring to the next U.S. president and points to the fact that the manufacturer doesn't understand how U.S. presidents are counted. There have been 45 presidencies (including the current one, Trump, who took office in 2017), and 44 different individuals have served as president. Grover Cleveland was elected to two nonconsecutive terms, and as such is considered the 22nd and 24th president of the United States. My assumption is that since Trump in #45 the assumption is that, if elected, he would be #46; this is wrong!

Nope, it was a piece of crap, which I sent back the same day I received it. The stitching was coming out while it was still in the box.

Not sure what the question is but yes it does come with the 45 on one side and the American 🇺🇸 on the other.. I did the same thing I removed the 45 ... Good quality hat well made 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
