On the left are the Phillips crystal clear vision platinums and to the right are Sylvania ZXE. Picture does not do justice. Both look similar, but compared to a true 4300k fog light bulb Phillips is closer to the naked eye.Honestly Phillips seems brighter to my eyes without oncoming beam glare. Phillips seem whiter to my eyes (both are still to the warmer side zXE seeming to be like a 3800k and Phillips being 4100k eye estimate not by meter) both are not true white, but I give it to Phillips. I think this bulb is a superior bulb in color and brightness. Yes there are brighter bulbs in the halogen market, but if you want the whiter look these are the best on the halogen market .I’m a fan of these and expect to buy some for my high beams to replace my silver star ultras.LED’s seem to not want to work for my car so (don’t want to buy canbus deciders etc I’d just buy a better kit) just a backstory on this journey for a sportier looking DOT APPROVED BULB.
