I use UCAN Hydrate to help with absorption of water and to keep hydrated. I have a medical condition and find that if I use these types of products with water, they help keep the body hydrated and lesson my medical issues (i.e. lower blood sugar, foot pain, and neuropathy). Note that this product helps but you still have to have a balanced diet to be successful. Including exercise.

This worked......best for me, taste wise, mixing one scoop with 12 ounces of water.The canister directions suggest 12 - 16 ounces.I tried, 20, then 16, then 12 and that is where I found my "sweet spot", literally.This is the same procedure for each batch I made, only the final number of ounces is different.I took a clear, regular 20 ounce bottle that could be capped.I put 10 ounces of water in the bottle and poured one scoop of this over the water, capped the bottle and shook it.It mixed well and stayed mixed.The versions with more water were obviously were topped up after the initial mixing and gave a weaker intensity of flavor and sweetness.As I said, Iiked it best using 12 ounces of water per scoop.To my palate the intensity of sweetness was a 5 - 6 (on a scale of 10).The intensity of Pineapple flavor about a 4 - 4.5 also on that 10 scale.Every electrolyte mix is different and I recognize that different formulations will have different effects.I recently reviewed one that left a sort of powder feeling in my mouth; didn't love that aspect.This has a smooth feel in my mouth; like that better.Appreciate that this is sugar free and doesn't dip into my daily carb allowance.Nice product; glad I ordered it.I hope this review has enabled you to make an informed purchase decision.I rarely give an overall 5 star rating.

Useful product in that I am a very salty sweater. However, I don't love the pineapple flavor. It's a little too fake/chemical tasting for me.

The flavor is ok. Seems to get the hydration job done well.

My favorite flavor so far! Have used this both for workouts and for fasting/Keto diet.

It's disgusting. It tastes both like sweet and salty chalk. Yuck. And you can't even return it!
