Received Used, Chipped, Dirty unit
I received a used unit. It wasn't fully clean, had clearly been open and used before, and there was a chip in the glass...I don't understand why this was sent to me? I'll upload pictures but just received and very disappointed as it's right around Christmas and I'm expecting anytime now. I wanted to have everything in order and this was very disappointing for such an expensive item. I gave seller feedback but no one from Beaba has reached out to me yet.
