Does blurr small pores at extent.. gives matte effect n smooth out the skin,feel soft..nd loved the stick roll on packaging n quantity is olso gud

I bought this thinking it ll have a cooling effect n ll hydrate my skin ...it turned out to be a blur stick which too i didn't like it ...itz very hard wax type texture ...it is more like a primer tht can be used before make up ...it doesn't evn gives cooling sensation which it claims . Worst buy 👎
