Great for our gym and all but.....heads up.
Very good workout ropes our gym loves them. One problem is the bolts holding the ends together fall out. You can only imagine these snapping off in the middle of a warm up! And a gym full of people screaming “heads up” but over all great. once the bolt come off add a bit of tape to the bolt and shove it back in. Works like a charm

This rule is good. It is durable and made with quality materials. Wood is Genuine AF. I’m using it and it feels so smooth on each Revolution. If you get this your going to increase your flow over 9,000. Trust me. I’m a stranger.

Great for footwork and concentration
I love these ropes. Gave them to my students in MMA class and it wore them out. After practice with it it can be used like speed rope. Good thing is that it reminds you to keep rope speed up and feet moving. Really hurts when it hits your toes

this was a complete waste of time and money I dont recommend this item beacsie it wasn't even the right product and also its not even useful for its own purpose the rope is to hard and stiff it doesn't unroll and its poorly made it looks like its homemade instead of professional product over all this item is WACK DONT GET THIS

Not like a real Muay Thai jump rope
Short, skinny and light. Too light. I know the difference..last one I got was straight from Thailand. This might work better for a child..

This jump rope was okay. It was a decent weight. Just make sure you dont drop the handles on concrete, because they're not coated with anything. So you might get a splinter.
