Perfect for 08 Chevrolet Malibu
First off, before you start soldering or wiring in the harness for your vehicle, remove your stock stereo and verify which harness is correct. The packaging Scosche sent me told me for an 08 Malibu that I should use harness B. This was incorrect, it was actually harness C.Keep in mind this kit is made to fit a wide range of GM vehicles and may take some trial and error to find the correct setup for your specific vehicle. However, everything was included that I needed. My vehicle had no steering wheel controls so that was a non issue. AM/FM Radio adapter worked. Wiring harness and chime box worked. And with a little trial and error the face plate and radio mounting came together to make a professional and perfect fit. Im overall pleased as this was a complete setup for my vehicle.

Good product from Scoche.
Item arrived on time and was as described. It came with every possible harness, faceplate, and the correct PAC interface module and was used for my 2012 Chevy Expesss van. Perfect fit and retained my safety sounds such as turn signal noise, seatbelt warning, and door lock warnings. My vehicle doesn’t have steering wheel controls but the kit came with that interface as well. It also came with both types of GM antenna adaptors. My vehicle used the CRAB antenna adapter and worked perfect.

Waste of $$ for Impalas!
Thought I would get everything I needed to install in my son's 2008 Chevy Impala. Scosche tech support told me the wrong harness (3 supplied) then informed me that the steering wheel controls will not work even though the listing says it will. I basically paid $80 for a trim piece and a stereo harness. What a ripoff! Terrible waste of money.

Wiring was great. Interface is no good. Dash kit terrible
The only thing worth getting is the wiring adapter. Interface is cheap. Has to be constantly reset. Instructions are terrible. Dash kit sucks. This is the second double din kit I’ve gotten that I’ve had to modify to work correctly

Not a plug and play
You have to connect speaker wires, individual kit fit truck well, dash and mount easy, instructions must be read before you start !

Easy to install and fit perfectly in my 2007 Silverado 2500HD
I’ve never installed a stereo in a newer vehicle before and this kit made it very easy. Great directions and everything went together easily.

Got this for my 08 cobalt.
When I got this I grabbed the wires that looked the most correct for my radio. When I connected the box I had to connect the extra wire to get the dash part to work with my blinkers ect. It also got my radio actually playing the audio. The brackets are kinda finniky and cut my hand trying to assemble it but it works in the end. Pacience gets you what you need

Not for Bose
Despite asking if this was the correct kit to use on a 2005 Silverado with steering wheel radio controls and Bose, before purchasing it, being told "YES", IT IS NOT FOR BOSE SYSTEMS

Just okay
Vehicle still throws communication codes for radio which isnt a huge deal but it's there stored in the module. Another annoying thing is that the speaker that comes with the kit is extremely loud and it echoes from behind the dash. Why wouldn't they still use the factory speakers for chime is beyond me. Plug and play otherwise.
