These shorts were ok, but not for me. The material is really heavy, and not stretchy. The feel was all wrong for bike shorts. Maybe theyd make some really rugged hikers, but not enough pockets for that. Thought I needed to go up a size, but they ended up being too large for me. I ended up sending them back.

I bought this mainly to wear around town, etc. The material is sturdy & I don't see how it'd be well ventilated in hot weather...HOWEVER I don't regret buying this for being shorts to wear in general. I usually am a size 35 (in a perfect world) but of course I have to choose btw sizes 34 which are usually snug & 36. I got size 38 & they fit really well. I like also that it has a strap on either size of the waist to tighten if you need it. So all THAT being said, yeah, I'd recommend these shorts.

Love the design of these shorts but very long in the legs like capris and the waist is too small

I like them. They are kinda long and rub the back of my leg. Very well made. They really hold in heat due to the material. I doubt I will be able to wear in summer.

They fit well, but I am not sure about them being vented. These shorts are very think. I image I won't use them during the summer.

These are completely synthetic and don't breathe. I was totally soaked when I was done riding. You might as well wear a garbage bag on your bottom for all the ventilation that they provide. To make matters worse, they are long. They extend past my knees and block any possible air flow.

I was eager to try these new mtb shorts out and extremely disappointed when I tried them on. First they were so long they hung a few inches below my knee. Normal shorts don't fit me anything like these did. It was comical. Second, for as long as they were they fit uncomfortable in the crotch section. Lastly, the shorts were synthetic fabric that do not breath at all. It felt like wearing a canvas backpack. It's too bad because they look great in the picture just not made well.

Surprisingly good quality. Vents work well. My pant size is 38x36 and I got xxl and I could have gone with so easily. Very comfy and very durable. Good purchase if you ride aggressive and are hard on your riding gear. Love them can't beat the price.
