I got this tie to go with a sequined vest for a wedding. This tie uses an elastic strap to hold it on (tackier than a clip-on and not adjustable) and is wide enough to be considered a clown tie. If you want a tie for a clown costume, this is it. For any other kind of purpose, it looks really tacky.
