philips bad epilator ever
the epilator does not turn out what i expect it is. With the price that i paid, i thought the product is gentle to the underarm skin and the sound is not loud when turned on. To my disapoinment, my underarm skin got sore( took few days to heal) for the first time using it and the sound of the product was irritating. The quality of this product is far below my expectation.

so hurt
This was the first time to use epilator, when I tried to use in the bath time, it was so hurt and also all my skin turns red... I returned it even I need to pay return shipping fee..

Not the product promised but still ok
After reading the reviews for this product it didn't surprise me when I got the Phillips Satin Perfect Epilator (NOT Deluxe). It doesn't bother me that much because it's still a good product, works perfect and the value is still good. I'm satisfied but if you really want the Deluxe Epilator don't buy this one. Also, please Amazon change the title and don't mislead the customers...

The quality of this product is awesome. Initially I was a little hesitant to pay such a huge price as there were two other epilators half the price of this one. But this epilator came up with a inbuilt battery for 40 minutes along with charging cord.Pros:1. Chargeable battery upto 40 minutes.2. LED light - This gives light over the area you need to work on. Even the small hairs are seen through this light. Initially I thought the light is too bright. But when I started using the epilator, this light helped me seeing those hairs which I was not able to see in normal light.3. There are two speed depending on the hair growth. I preferred Speed I as it gives less pain than the speed II one.4. Easy to clean- This comes with a washable head. Previously I have used razors and its difficult to clean it, But this washable head is so easy to clean especially as per the instructions provided in it.Really liked this product and now I do not repend on spending double. Its worth every penny. If you are planning to buy the other cheaper versions (of philips itself), rather buy this one. The othe higher version is a more costly than this one. The feature it offers are not of much use to me. Hence did not get that one. However that version contains almost all the feature of this model. So you can as well go with that if ready to spend some more.I have read few reviews on this product stating to use pain killers before using this product (if you are using this for the first time). However, I did not use any and still was able to manage it. I made sure the skin is dry and no lotion is used.

works great- saves you money on waxing!
Does it hurt... of course- do you get used to it eventually - yep. I use it on my legs, bikini, and underarms. Works like a charm... you just have to get over the first couple uses.. it doesn't hurt MORE than getting waxed, so to me this is a great money saving product.
