A really cheaply made set of thin plastic, and thin metal, and the broomstick is too short, have to stoop over to sweep a floor.

So I bought this as a replacement for the exact same one that I bought 2 years...so for the price the first one lasted two years of sweeping 2-3 times daily. This one however is shorter that the other one. Like you can't hold the broom with two hands and sweep as you would normally the broom handle is only hip height ( I ended up taking the old one apart and using one of it's pieces to lengthen the broom). Second issue is that when the dustpan is on the ground the front lip doesn't sit flat so when you sweep up dirt it just goes under and you have to sweep it in over and over and over and over again to pick everything up. I usually end up getting out my vacuum for the left over dust it leaves. The old one didn't do that until it was 2 years old and very well used, which was why I was replacing it. I should have returned it but now I need another one.

I order it for the dustpan with a long handle but the bottom of the dustpan is warped. So when i sweep the dirt or try to sweep the dirt into the pan it goes under it. To get the dirt into the pan I have to step on the edge of it. This defeats getting this product.

The broom and dustpan came with incomplete materials inside. The metal rods dont match

It may work great, but looks cheaply made. Not worth $20. Would expect it to be priced more like $10
