Okay let my give them 411 of this product. I’m going to give details of how much I weight as well because I feel like that’s important to compare when buying this product. I am 5’7 185 lbs my waist is a little smaller but I have big hips. I bought this product because I have this mom pooch that never really went away after having my daughter and well I love carbs so that adds to it 😅 I will show a before and after pic. One clearly you can see I have the girdle in my hand and I am just showing my stomach how it is and not pushing it out or in. The second pic shows my stomach with the waist trainer. Wow what a difference it made! It was a little tough to put on but once it’s on it slipped right in and was breathable. I got the XL-1X and it fit perfectly. I usually wear a large but since the other reviews said to go up a size, due to it running small I am so glad I listened. I wore this with a dress and you couldn’t see the lining that I was wearing one. It all really depends what kind of material the dress is made of though so please keep that in mind. This also doesn’t roll down. I like the thong design because it also doesn’t leave any lines to show. I plan to buy more in the future due to how comfortable it is and how much it flattened my stomach! Highly recommend

I am a avid corset girl. I wear one every workout and underneath my clothes. Perfect fit. I am 5 5, 160lbs and I ordered a m/l. I wanted something better and less restrictive than a corset to workout in. My back gives me fits with certain lifts and jumping exercises. This helped a lot and it does hold me in. It doesn't roll down and I can exercise in it more comfortably. I do wish it had the rubber stay up grip on the inside and I wish the boning went down a bit further, maybe 2 more inches long. I think the item would fit and support much better with those 2 additions. I have 2 and I intend to order 2 more so I'll have enough to get through 4 workout days before having to wash them.

I ordered a small bc I wanted it to cinch my waist line. It is difficult pulling on and off but definitely does the job. Wanted to get one of the more well known brands but none of them were available and let’s be real, are super over priced. This arrived quickly and met all of my needs and expectations.Update:While It did want I needed, cinched me in where I needed, it also gave me the BIGGEST wedgie. I even lowered the most supportive part in hopes that the thong would ease up. I mentally prepared myself to not get to use the bathroom all night but surprised that I was still able to. Especially since I needed to readjust as soon as it was unbearable-which was pretty frequent. Overall, it was worth the money. I did take one star away bc the wedgie wasn’t fun.

Much much too small. I should have listened to previous reviews on that part. I bought for post abdominal Lipo to wear after I am downgraded from the original full garment. That’s why I bought the small as I wanted it to be good compression, but the small when removed from the package looked like it could fit a child. I’m 5’1 115 pounds with a 26 in waist prior to the Lipo. If I were to buy again I’d probably go with a large! I put 3 stars because the material was nice, thick and very study looking. As I didn’t put it on, I do feel like it’d be a great compression product.

I spent weeks searching for a thong tummy cincher and decided to test this one. HUGE mistake. It’s a garment that pushes all your stomach to the front and makes you look pregnant. I would only recommend this as a smoother or for those with small stomach definitely not overlapping ones

I just ordered another one. It fits perfectly. I got the high waisted thong.I'm 5'2, 179lbs, 38c bust. I wear a Large and US size 12. Usually when I get compression top thongs, the thong part digs way further than need be and the part that covers my who-ha gives me a wedgie in the front😨. This one is not too tight up my butt and perfect panties in the front. Feels like a normal thong. The trick to getting them on right-•stand up•pull them up over your knees•spread your knees to open the compression waist section of the panties (your feet should be shoulder width or more)•pull them upI sized up. Normal size large. Brought a xl/xxl (yes both sizes is on the tag.My fupa and back fat was hidden perfectly. The back of the panties stops at the bottom of my bra strap. Small boning prevents them from sliding down. I love it. Gunna buy 2 more.

GIRL, listen. If you want that tummy sucked in, still able to breathe, and while feeling amazing without lines showing everywhere under your clothes. Then this is THE product. I wore this for 8 hours straight and it didn’t bother me at all. Towards the 11+ hour(s) I was starting to feel uncomfortable but it was very slightly (but pain is beauty right?)Anyways, I’m 180 lbs, 5’6 and I ordered the black thong one (I think I got the L or XL) . I literally only am able to gain weight in my stomach area apparently -.- so this helps me feel better when I wear tighter clothes out. I also have smaller hips compared to my tummy so the girdle balances me out, so I have the illusion of more hips. The only issue I have is if i pull it up too high in the back to cover bra fat it’ll pull that thong up HIGH as well 😂 so I’ve kept it where I feel the most comfy when I sit down. Oh also, the area where the girdle sits at around your back, it doesn’t fold at all! And I’ve given it some reason to fold lol I think the product does the job and I’m satisfied.

It was a little hard to get into and I ordered a M/L. The waist part does hold in your stomach which is good. Looking forward to what this can do.
