We received a very used faucet full of corrosion!
This is GARBAGE! I’m pretty sure the faucet that was shipped to us was installed and had been used for some time. There is corrosion/mineral build up on the spout itself and all the attachments and hoses are already on it and you can visibly see wear and torque on the nuts. Disgusting.

Noisy
The media could not be loaded. Installation is not difficult.The noise from the air gap is loud. I can hear it in my bedroom.

Works grate but the finish is rusting out

Completely broken and unusable in under 18 months
Within six months the finish started coming off. Yesterday, less than 18 months after professional install something must have fallen out because there is now a hole in the side where water pours out and it’s completely useless. Have to buy a brand new fixture and pay for another install.
