Dryer Wall Vent (White)

Finally someone re-made the "lowly" dryer vent that actually works and isn't some flimsy piece of Chinese garbage. Heavy gauge steel, nicely-coated, slimline, hidden screws, magnets to hold the flapper shut while not in use, and a perfect fit INSIDE a traditional 4" vent pipe. Other reviews on other venues complain about the price. I wish that we had more readily-available choices for high-quality items period, not just the option for low-quality garbage. This piece is worth every penny, and if you don't like the price, keep buying the box-store junk!

Well made, looks nice and keeps drafts out of our laundry room. Like the magnetic closer which should stop pests from entering. Best dryer vent!

Purchased this after the PVC vent crumpled to the touch. Like all PVC when exposed to the exterior will all fall apart. The build is solid and the magnetic catch keeps it closed to deter any rodents. So far (about a year later) working like it was just installed!

It is quite pricy but, it is very heavy duty construction for a dryer vent! Fit and finish is also good. I purchased this as a replacement for a worn out plastic vent. Having said that, it was super easy to install even though i had to do some cutting of the existing siding! I would have given a 5 out 5 star but this did not come with any hardware! For the price, I think it should include some hardware for installation. I believe this will be the last dryer vent I will ever need! I would recommend this product to anyone tired of buying plastic junk that doesn't last!

I used this on a stucco exterior wall. The paint finish is excellent and this vent is built like a tank. This is an excellent vent to use anywhere, especially if it's in a location seen near your front door or other area seen by visitors. Fit snug so I didn't have to use and screws. I did use a good exterior caulk around the top and sides. Dryer has no issue blowing the door open and the little magnets are nice to keep it sealed when not using the dryer. You get what you pay for applies to this item in my opinion.

This vent i made of a heavy gauge metal which has been powder coated. Has a swing door that work smoothly with little effort and closes tightly. Much better than the cheap plastic vents sold in the big box stores.

It is a good quality and looks really nice.
