Using it for my premie baby. We can adjust according to baby since it have threads to adjust the size

Inconvenient design
The design is very inconvenient to use. I don’t understand why the knots were needed. Buttons would have been far more convenient and easy to use. Diaper changes in this are very time consuming especially in the night where baby gets fussy easily if it takes a long time. You first unbutton the legs and then untie the knots. Also the material is very thick for summers. I expected it to be light cotton.
