Works great. Speaker was in perfect condition original box was a little beat up but for a returned product at a great value what do you expect. This speaker sounds good but not a big speaker with much bass. It's actually extremely small and can go along on any adventure.

This did exactly what I needed and was a great deal!! Worth every penny.I needed something for work that I could use when I was in my office but I didn’t want anything super expensive because I knew it wasn’t gone get a lot of use. This was a great deal and fits my purpose perfectly. It has great sound, esp on louder volumes and is small so I can tuck in my desk easily and is so easy to connect and control from anywhere. The range is great and well with the money!!

It's not gonna blow the roof off the place or anything but this speaker is pretty impressive for the size and price. Good sound quality and volume reaches throughout an apartment. The battery life is amazing compared to any other speaker I've had. I play music for about 2 hours a day and have only had to charge it twice in the past month and a half.

I bought this product (s3505) so I could listen to music while working outside on my projects and it worked perfectly for me. I really liked that the products exterior is cloth rather than hard plastic. The sound quality was phenomenal and had a surprising amount of bass for the size. The small handle is also nice for clipping the speaker to things such as a backpack or belt loop while doing outdoor activities. Being waterproof, I wasn't afraid to spill things on it or use it while working with water and sat it on top of a car while I washed it and didn't run into a single problem. Another nice thing is that the Bluetooth range is very far (about 50ft) and that it automatically continues playing after reconnecting if you go out of range. Overall this is a great product and I would definitely recommend this product to others.

This was a great little speaker -- while it lasted. However, after less than 5 months of use the sound became extremely distorted, especially at higher volumes. Trying to get Philips to do anything is practically impossible. When you finally find a Customer Support phone number nobody wants to answer. On the rare occasion that someone does answer, more often than not they end up hanging up on you (and I have NOT been disrespectful!). The first time someone actually helped me she told me that the case had not been assigned to anybody (this was 11 days after I had received an email telling me that I would receive a response within 24-48 hours). She assigned the case and I received an email that evening requesting TONS of information. I responded to that email and received an email stating "Your email will not be read and no case will be created." Many more attempts to call into support went unanswered or, when answered, dropped. Eventually a gentleman did answer and apologized, stating that their systems were being upgraded and telling me that I would receive a reply once the upgrade was completed. I'm not holding my breath!After nearly 6 months of effort I am close to getting some sort of resolution. But they want me to ship the defective unit back to them at my expense (company policy is apparently to not issue return labels). Then they will only issue a refund, not replace the unit. Oh, and they require you to utilize the "attached" RMA form -- but fail to attach any such form! All of their support people (and I have talked to LOTS) work remotely and most have horrible setups, meaning you can barely hear or understand them.They continually ask you to send the same things over and over again. Then once someone tells you that they've finally received everything (like the 12 different pictures I've sent), they tell you that's too much and to just resubmit a certain two (plus resubmit your proof of purchase, of which they already have multiple copies)!So, if you are a masochist, by all means purchase from Philips! If you are a more normal person buy some other brand -- ANY other brand!

I bought this and when I got it the speaker worked great. My wife and I used it for whenever we worked out or I was working on something in the garage. The volume is great and we had no issues. Then a little over a year of having this speaker the sound is going bad. It distorts the audio some where is doesn't give that clean sound that we had. Disappointed that I will have to get another speaker eventually.

I am so impressed by the sound quality of this tiny speaker. You never really know what you’re getting for your money for these, so I’m never sure what to expect. This little speaker still have bass and a warm sound (no tin roof sound). I use it in my bathroom and it’s perfect. I wouldn’t get it wet as the speaker covering is cloth, but it’s great on the counter. It would also be great as a speaker to pack since it’s so small.
