Update Review 9/22/22:Sorry this update took so long.Customer service was great. They reimburst me for the bolt caps. My review was to bring awareness to improve product to make it better. It made a great pool cart and planning to use it for soccer games this fall.I hope that future product includes caps!First, wagon came pre-assembled and was easy to unfold and fold.Second, It's first time use worked well delivering girl scout cookies. But while on our walk the cart nicked my leg bad with an exposed nut&bolt. The injury to my leg is worse than what the picture shows.I'd suggest that you add this extra protect to your product for future customers. I ended up buying an assortment of covers. The M8s worked even for the wheel bolts except one was too short.

Great product overall. No complaints on quality. Only bought for the beach but the wheels do not roll on the sand. I'll find use for it around the house though.

Well built easily folding cart. Holds all our beach gear. Rolls over gravel and grass fine. However, on sand it’s like pulling a pile of bricks. We have roughly 60 pounds of gear in the cart and it was brutal to pull in the sand. This cart will be useful around the yard, garden or fishing pier but is useless for the beach. Maybe if the manufacturer sells balloon tires to replace the hard plastic wheels might be good for the sand, otherwise skip this cart for beach use.

Super easy. Worked great even in dry sand. Perfect for pulling my dog and beach gear to the destination

It would be great if both the front and back where steerable. One for maneuverability and to be able to fold completely flat. It’s very sturdy for its size. I would probably just the one from Sam’s club if I was going to do it over.

I was looking for something to replace using a stroller. So I looked up collapsible wagons, looked through several and decided on this one. We were headed to the zoo and I have a six year old and a three year old and knew that we'd have bags and them riding as well. It was very comfy for my kids to use off and on during our six hours at the zoo. It folds super easy and actually travels better than a stroller. The only downfall is that if kids are going to be riding in it you will want a folded up blanket on the bottom. There is no cushion, but some thing that was easy enough to remedy. I give this five stars all day long for how amazingly convenient this was and will be.

While I was unhappy with the the product, the company did reach out and made it right. I’m very glad to see their customer service was on top of it. Due to this, I’ve changed my rating from 1star to 4star.

I LOVE this cart! It opens and folds up so easy! I can haul my classroom materials to and from my car with ease. I LOVE IT!!! It is also easy to clean and has already saved my back! This is worth the money and then some!
