The plate is not flimsy. Great value. What I really like is it’s not stickers for letters. I plan to put it in my garage on the wall. No doubt it will last forever. The finish is flawless. Turn around time was very quick. I didn’t know this at the time of purchase, but this a family owned business and the owner is the craftsman. The attention to detail is fantastic. So I purchased another one of these plates here on Amazon a few months ago. It was made in China and, while selling itself as being sturdy, was nothing more than a pasted image onto a plate. It started to peel last month, so I finally trashed it. NOT worth the money.This plate is so much different. I put it on the front of my black GTI, as Pennsylvania does not require us to use a front plate, and it looks awesome. I cannot tell the difference between this and a regular plate. A nice note was in the package from the maker/seller, where these are handcrafted in Tennessee. I will always try to buy American, and this product proudly represents what Made in USA should be.Buy this plate for a fun personalized gift to yourself or somebody else. Support American-made products. And don't throw you money away on the cheap foreign stuff...

This is awesome and excellent customer service! I wanted all black on my vehicle. So far have had no issues. I've had cops behind me and nothing. Much cheaper than custom plates. Easy! Great quality

It was a decent alternative to paying yearly for actual plates until about 5-6 months past and they began turning a brownish color. You get what you pay for I guess. I'll just be buying the actual Texas plates.

Wow, what an amazing product! Been using it for 2.5 years and it still looks just as good as the day I bought it. Been through countless rain storms, car washes and road salt too. Never had any problems with you-know-what either. I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

My plates were nicely done when they arrived, BUT there was a problem! The character groupings were really close to the edge of the plate on both sides, and were slightly covered by the plate bracket. Notified the seller, and I didnt know what could be done, but without hesitation there were new plates, re printed and sent to my place!!! Best customer service ever.
