I typically would get calf or shin cramps or cramps in my feet during workouts but while using this powder before my workout has eliminated all of those aches and pains so I can push through more. I had been working out my calves/legs and wasn't as consistent but this has given me relief instantly.

Taste is very tart, no sweetness at all & to me it tastes nothing like strawberry. Once you start drinking it, just chug it. If you stop you likely won't finish it. I mixed using a 12 oz rechargeable blender I got from TacSurvival.com & it blended it very well, even created a frothy foam on top!!!

Tastes good, not sure how it works.

I really enjoy the taste of it and Nice small and compact. The only issue is getting it out is difficult because the hole is really small. I can barely get my hand in there and I can cut you a bit, but everything else is worth it

First off, this product claims to be vegan. Not disputing that, but completely missed that point when I purchased. I mentioned that as fair warning. I'm guessing due to being a vegan formula, the taste has been greatly affected. It's not terrible but you won't be impressed either. The flavor profile is rather weak/faint. You can taste flavor but compared to others that aren't a vegan formula, this is not the most flavorful. It's also artificial favoring, so kinda odd it's not that strong on taste. It's decent, but I'm not sure I've recovered as well with this product as I have with others in the past. Overall I think it's a decent product and for the price I would probably try again.

This is one of the cheepest post workout, and that comes with some downsides. The taste is ok. I think its works, but I didn't get a scoop. Makes it difficult. Going to have to buy a messuring scoop
