It got too cold this year for my young hen and 2 roosters during an unusual extreme cold snap. It was so cold 2 of our water lines burst! We don’t have electricity available to that coop for a heater (going to try solar before next winter). The larger roosters recovered fairly quickly but the smaller hen needed intervention. Her formerly bright red comb was flopped over in areas and turned a paler color.Having brought them all into our basement we isolated her from the roosters but she was still lethargic and not eating or drinking like normal for a few weeks. She looked dazed and confused. I started adding the Recover Plus powder to her drinking water and this week she seems better! She is eating and drinking again. Her comb is getting more up and a little brighter in color. There is no way to truly know if the Recover Plus is why she is improving but it seems to be the reason and it certainly didn’t hurt.

I use this for my flock of 5, not sure on the vitamin benefits but my girls do seem a little stressed out. I only use once a week as a preventative measure.

One of the birds in my coop started foaming from its eye. So I started looking up what it was. Didn't look good for her. From what I read, some people said I should just kill her or segregate her from the rest. I don't have room to put her anywhere else and didn't want to end her life so I started giving all of them this 911 supplement and it cleared right up and haven't seen it since. Now I add it to their water everytime I clean the reservoir.

We purchased Recovery Plus for our chickens and ducks to give them an extra boost during the heat. We actually noticed a big difference in a couple of our ducks. Before they had mainly stayed under cover, but a couple weeks in we noticed they were out and about all day. One in particular just seems to have more energy and not so sluggish during the day. We would definitely recommend this for any yard animals.

We've been experiencing extremely high temperatures this summer in the Midwest. I've been very concerned for my Ladies 🐔, even though they are in full shade from noon to sundown. I needed to do something!After reading multiple reviews on this product, I thought I'd give it a try.I give this to them around 3pm, the hottest part of the day. They run to the waterers and began drinking. Within 30 minutes or so, I see a noticeable improvement. The wing fluffing and panting subsides and their moods seem better.I do allow them to continue drinking it until the next day at 3pm.I highly recommend this product!

I bought this because I had 23 baby chicks that were clearly hot during the summer heat wave. I added this to the water and the chicks perked right up. I have them under ceiling fans, in the shade, and they have a waterer that is raised off the ground. I gave them this for 7 days. Every day I changed the water. You need to change your water daily per the directions. It was easy to put in the water. Directions are on the box. If it's really hot out... I will give them this for a day or two then stop. If any of the chicks looks like they aren't doing well in the heat I add it for another day. Thus far no problems and it was just something to keep my chicks more comfortable and healthier.
