Very useful
The raspberries have a lovely flavour. Having whole raspberries rather than tiny pieces looks more effective. The colour is vibrant and they look good on chocolate cakes as well as toppings for vanilla butter cream and whipped cream.

Delicious addition to cakes or cereal
These freeze dried berries pack a punchy zingy raspberry flavour. A little goes a long way and they look lovely on a cake, pretty bright red.Only thing is they do cost a bit but saying that they are good quality and a little does go a long way.
