The media could not be loaded. We have pets and pets make messes. The dog filled with mud? In 10 seconds it is clean and in 20 seconds it is dry. It vacuums and mops at the same time. It cleanes itself on any kind of flooring and very suitable for Indian houses. I had to review it because if you have been doing a lot of research and are sitting on the fence, you found the one you were looking for.I decided to get this Floor one S3 because it has the best battery 4000 mAh and high suction power too. It is very convenient and easy to use and minimum efforts are required. I decided to get this one and now I am very happy with the product.

Writing this review after one week’s use. Tineco Floor one S3 is quite good.1. Good battery - with about 50% battery utilisation, am able to clean my three bed room apartment in about 30 minutes.2. Very effective in floor cleaning - picks up dust, wet debris, human and pet hair quite effeciently.3. Not heavy for wet-cum-dry chordless cleaner. Kind of runs on its own and you need to walk briskly to follow it.4. Self cleaning is a major plus and is quite efffective and useful.5. Display and voice announcements are quite helpful.6. After each use, When you clean the Dirty Water Container, you will realise how well it picked up unseen dust and hair lying on the floor.7. As the name indicates it is a floor cleaner;cannot be used for cleaning walls, fans, upholstery, car interior.8. Sales support (Ms Silpa) is very helpful in providing prompt clarifications. Hoping warranty/post sale service support will be as good.Oveall quite happy with this product. Strongly recommend, especially if you have small children, pets at home.

The media could not be loaded. The product lifetime is extremely short with a poor customer service.In our case the product stopped working after a mere 2 months of use. We had contacted the customer service and it took them 4-5 weeks to acknowledge that the product was faulty. The support team informed us that a person would come to collect the faulty item for further inspection and replacement and we had been left in a lurch since first week of Oct 2022.The customer service especially if you are in tier 2 cities - doesn’t exist.It’s disappointing to learn that the Tineco team does not stand by their word or their warranties.NB: We had been using a Dyson v11 since 2019, and we’ve not had any issues so far.Timeline:1. Mar 2022 - Purchased the Tineco ifloor s3.2. Jun 2022 - Product stopped working3. Aug/Oct 2022 - Support team acknowledged the fault and asked us to resend the product.4. Mid Nov 2022 - Still waiting for support team to take action.Think twice before you purchase this product!

The product simplifies the cleaning process by doing vaccum and mopping at the same time. The machine is powerful and easy to use. We have tested it for a variety of debris types and it was easily able to clean the floor. The cleaning process is automatic for the roller, but not for the debris channel, which of course needs to be cleaned manually. The battery backup is good enough for a large house. The only drawback is the inability to mop corners, but that isn't something which is achieved by any other machine in the category.

I ordered it considering it as vaccum cleaner for multiple use, but got disappointed when demo team told me it's only floor cleaner

I felt very comfortable with product to do vaccum and mop in same time with 220 v with Indian power socket round pin. Even this product does it's job very clean and easy for any age group. Here, i would say big thanks Shilp - customer respective who clarified my doubts and guided probably. I love this product..thank you Tineco

It has good suction power and definitely it is easy to clean as it moves almost on its own. In respect of deep cleaning , it is also good but I think, improvement is required to some extent.
