Not a Quality Company
Primochill market themselves as this high end, made in America, better than the rest company, so I was expecting more from them. Bykski and Barrow out of China are a fraction of the cost and feel like they are on par, if not better in a lot of areas. EK certainly embarrasses these guys! On top of all that, the costumer service at Primichill is laughable! I'm very sorry that I purchased from Primochill and highly recommend you avoid them!
