The author has beautifully penned down the tale of the protagonist, "Kubdu" who went through a transformation that is worth reading. He is being backed up by the stereotypes of the society yet he has some dreams of himself and he wishes to fulfill them in his life.It was written in an interesting manner with an amazing set of characters and scenarios involved in it. The narration is so smooth and easy to comprehend so that the readers can able to reach the spirit of the book. The book is being layered nicely and it is quite interesting to read. The characters involved have been given sufficient scope to contribute to the plot.This is a story of a young boy who was a big fan of Shahrukh Khan as like me. He was so crazy about him that he watched Don movie multiple times. His mother Reshma lovingly called him Kudbu. The story is based in Dharavi which is Asia's biggest slum. A place where most of the underprivileged people migrate to realise their dreams to make it big in the big metropolitan city of Mumbai. It is such a place which breeds ambition in our young Kudbu. Each part of the story is very touching.This book is so light but conveyed much powerful and meaningful advice on life and to the society around us. Through this book, a person's perspective can change because there is so much positivity and optimism in it.This book is so inspiring and I learnt many elements of life from this wonderful read. Highly recommended to get motivated.

Like the predecessor Baby‘s Breath this book tackles serious issues of living with a handicap in a gentle and kind way, surely intending to make the world a better place by teaching us to treat each other better and look beyond the surface of immediate appearances. I liked the book a lot, also because it comes from a different cultural background and perspective.
