Great book for basics of fitness for rugby
It provides good foundations in regards to required elements of fitness for rugby and it also provides good examples of exercises. The only problem is that in the weight training section, there are no mentions of deadlifting which is crucial for rugby players but i guess that might be due to the fact that this book was written ages ago but overall, this is a book that you definitely need to red.
