When I first got them I thought oh they're going to be too soft but after sleeping with them and scrunching them up and sleeping with them night after night. I absolutely love going to bed and putting my head down on these king size pillows. They're just wonderful and they almost wrap around me and support my neck. I just love them. I can't say enough about them!

These pillows are not too hard. They’re not too soft. They bounce back after you press them in. They’re thick, they are not flat pillows and they do not stink, They haven’t flattened out so they are very durable and provide good support for my neck.

Soft but strong material on these pillows. Seams are very tightly sewn. Giving four out of five because I personally would have liked them to be a little firmer. If they were a little firmer they would have gotten a five-star out of me.

I changed my review to 5 stars. It was originally 3 stars because I had gotten no response from Support due to a manufacturing problem with one of the pillows. However, Support has since been in touch and replaced the defective pillow, which I very much appreciate. The pillows have the right loft, are comfortable and the price is right. I can now fully recommend them!!!

I didn’t expect I would like these pillows but I’m really glad I bought them. I like to sleep with two pillows and these are soft enough to sink into but firm enough not to go flat like down pillows. They fluff back into shape easily. I really like these pillows!

Very comfy & just the right firmness- love it!

I bought these pillows to fill pillow shams which I lean against when reading in bed. Based upon my Amazon filter selection of “medium “ and some reviews posted I thought that these pillows would give good (but not hard or firm) back support. They would probably be very nice to sleep on but they do not give the good support I was hoping for. They have a nice, soft filling and are pleasantly “squishable.”UPDATE - I sleep on an orthopedic pillow so I never intended it sleep on these pillows. But my husband decided that he wanted to sleep on it. Next morning he complained that it felt too firm for sleeping and that it pushed his head up so that his neck was uncomfortable.

These are just so much better than expected! Very full and plush, the fabric is very soft!
