I think the material would need to be heavier to be appropriate for work. I got khaki and the pants hug every curve showing only what myself and my hubby should see if ya feel me. Thankfully I work from home so will keep them and get other colors ’cause they are comfy af.Betabrand makes good work/yoga pants that are not revealing.Recommend these just not in khaki if you work outside the home. Unless you have a long shirt to cover your girl parts or don’t care who sees what ( no judgment).

"Free" Returns - BUYER BEWARE that "Free Returns" is true only if you are lucky enough to have easy access to a UPS Store Drop-off facility. This item (Yogipace, Belt Loops, Women's XL Tall Straight Leg Four-Pocket Yoga Dress Pants) is one that says there is "Free Shipping" for returns (November 2022). That is only true if you are willing to drive to an official UPS Store Drop-off facility. You can NOT use a UPS Drop-off Point unless you pay a $5.99 charge. Be aware if you have not yet had this problem with UPS returns, that they've discontinued offering every free option for using a UPS Drop-off Point. There is no option to print a label like there was for an item I returned through a UPS Drop-off Point earlier this year, so do not count on that as a method of returning this item for free. I hope that Amazon can post accurate information about having to travel to specific return facilities when they post "free returns" statements next to items. Until then, we are all unable to know what it will cost to return items until the time comes for us to begin the returns process. I am now apprehensive about placing orders with Amazon and will probably do less on-line shopping because I feel like I was given misleading information about what it would cost me to return this item if it did not fit.As for the yoga pants themselves:Fit: "Tall" size is very, very long, which is why I need to exchange them for a shorter size. I usually need to order "tall" slacks if I want to wear them with heels/boots (although that was not my plan for these. I think I chose "Tall" by mistake when using the drop-down menu). The "Tall" slacks are much too long for me. If I return them (see my complaint above about so-called "free" returns), I will replace them with a "Petite" size because these are so very long. The waist/hips sizing is accurate and fit as expected (I bought an XL). They feel quite comfortable and stretch well and would be very comfortable for exercise or yoga class. They are quite snug to the torso and leg, so if you plan to wear these outside of the gym, you will want to make sure that your top is long enough to cover the troublesome areas that yoga pants are infamous for. I think that you could order a larger size than you usually wear to make them looser, but beware that returns as of Nov 2022 are not really free for those of us who do not live near a UPS Store Drop-off Facility.Fabric, garment construction, and care: The fabric feels soft and smooth and it has enough weight to it so that the slacks have structure. It seems to be woven well and will resist snags and pilling that often occurs with stretch fabrics. I would recommend washing them inside-out (as the care instructions advise) just to protect them from snags in the washing machine. I line-dry most of my clothing that are made of stretch fabric and I would recommend that for these yoga pants even though "Tumble Dry" is advised on the care instructions tag. The "Brown" color is a nice chocolate brown color, with no hint of rust or orange in it. It likely will run when you wash them the first few times, so plan to wash them with like colors for a while. They seem to be sewn well with the seams and waistband attached securely. All seams and edges are surged to prevent fraying, which is why I really don't want to cut them off and hem them myself instead of return them for a shorter length. I bought the style with four pockets, and all four are large enough to fit my hand into, although none is large enough to completely hold a typical 3" x 8" (8 x 20 cm) phone. The finishing work is likewise done quite nicely. There aren't any loose threads or areas where the seams look like they will fail. The tags on the inside are silky and so won't be a source of irritation. There is a decorative single button at the faux fly front that is small and rounded and so will not dig into your abdomen when bending over or sitting.Overall, these Yogipace women's trousers are quite nice. I did not want to reduce the 5-star rating for the clothing since that is likely why you are reading the reviews here. The (Nov 2022) problem with "free returns" being true for only a narrow set of circumstances may be solved by the time you are reading this, so I wanted to provide you with information and a rating about the garment instead of reflecting my unhappiness with the "free returns" in the star-rating.

These pants are more police blue than navy. My shoes and vest are navy and you can tell the difference in pics. Very comfortable and stylish. Love the back pockets. These run long. I’m 5’3” and need to hem 1.5”-2”.

I work in IT and needed pants that look professional and are super stretchy and have pockets. Men can get away with wearing cargos but i have yet to find a professional/comfortable looking cargo for women. These pants fit the bill perfectly. I bought two black to try out and I love them. I bought 3 more but this time with four pockets and I already like these better as they look more like normal slacks.I have thick thighs so I went with a 2x/31 inseam and it fits great, it is only slightly long on me but a low heel fixes that issue. I do hike them up to go to the bathroom though, probably will hem them eventually. I am 260lbs and 5'4 but most of my weight is on the bottom half. These pants also smooth me out in the tummy area a bit which is a nice bonus (its not tight though, dont expect a spanx effect). I did stick to dark colors, not sure how a lighter color would look.The do fall down a bit when I am under desks tying cables or climbing over desks to connect cables but over all they stay up pretty well. They do stretch out a tiny bit as they day goes on but...that's just stretchy material in general.Overall, if you have a manual labor job but still need to look professional, these get the job done.

I bought the black pair two years ago and absolutely love them. Took me a while to put in the budget to buy the second pair which I bought in grey. The gray pair is NOT the same as the first pair, as you can see by the material makeup (87% Nylon & 13% Elastane vs 70% Nylon & 20% Polyester). But also the feel of the grey pair is slinky and slippery and feels like a cheaper material then the black pair. The black pair solidly look like a pair of black slacks while the gray definitely give the impression of leggings.Love the pockets on both but wish the gray pair were as comfortable as the black and consistent because I would buy more pairs!

Comfortable and nice color. I was SUPER impressed with the length. I am under 5 feet tall and always either have to hem my pants or buy a 7/8 length. The short size ACTUALLY is a perfect length for me so I would repurchase just for that alone! Otherwise, fit was fine, but you can definitely tell by looking they’re not normal work pants. So, if you’re really picky about looking professional or prefer your pants to have a certain look to them, these are a little off. However, for someone who is not in a super fancy work position and just needs comfort basic pants that work, these totally fit the bill.

I am a 55 y/o very petite/short woman who is built more like a boy. I have always had trouble finding pants that fit appropriately-either to loose in the waist but fit the hips or fit the waist but cannot easily be pulled up over the hips but mostly WAY too long. All nice dress/work pants that I ever found required the cost of tailoring. These pants fit perfectly from top to bottom and are not too long. I immediately ordered all of the colors/patterns that are available in my size. I would recommend these pants to anyone and everyone.

These are great for errands around town, working out, and around the house. I wouldn’t dress up in them and wear them with heels however, like the picture shows.

I followed the sizing guidelines and they were too tight and too long!! Awaiting a refund.

Love the length. Perfect for tall ladies. They wear great, so comfy. Look amazing with any top, so versatile. I have two pair and I’m ordering another pair. Great for travelling too. You can roll them up and they aren’t all wrinkly when you go to wear them.

Nice stretch, great fit, colour as shown, quality through, and good fabric weight.

I am 6’1. Usually get 36 inseam. Wanted a different style so took a chance and got the 35. Fits nicely. The longer ones must be worn with heels. These are good with both.I have no idea why people are saying “too casual for work”. No one would look at these and think they are yoga pants. They are fitting but still professional. If I wear this with a blouse and or jacket it will look no different then any other work pants.

I have abnormally long legs. It gets really hard to find pants, these are comfy, not too tight that it hurts but tight enough to make everything look on point ! 👌I would definitely by again
