Product is completely new.. got it for 9k.. only problem is that it's stand is too bulky and if you are a competitive gamer then you can't keep this monitor close to your eyes.. you won't have space for your mouse for that I suggest to buy a monitor arm for 1.5k

Display went off.
Display went off in only 10 months . No brand warranty for this product. So they are asking 12k to repair that product where as I bought it for 12k
