Package came same day. Had to replace due to the hail storm that hit Central Texas a month ago. Super easy install. Did it myself. Took about 30 minutes. Fits like the original. Went with the rip resistant one this time. Only time will tell if it withstands the elements. Five stars for the quality and ease of reassembly.

Nice color, sturdy and fit great. I was able to install myself in about 30 minutes and that was with me guessing the long side wrong on the first try.If I had to complain about something, I would say I didn't see installation instructions in the box. But keep in mind that I did it myself, easily, without them.

We bought this to replace a canopy that had torn off in a storm. In the picture, we kept the original top dome piece that we already had & only replaced the large section. It was pretty easy to put on with 4 adults & some step stools. We have had some pretty bad storms, including a recent storm with 80+ mph winds. The whole region & parts of 4 states lost power. Trees were down. Siding & roofing was lost, but this canopy stayed in place. This is a great spot to sit on a warm sunny day. I definitely recommend!

This fits better than the original. The material is very strong and tight. This will be my go to from now on when it’s time to replace it. Definitely worth spending the extra money compared to other. You can feel and see the difference in the fabric.

We purchased our gazebo 3 years ago. And that's about how long the original top, that came with the gazebo, lasted.Where we have our gazebo, it's in the full Georgia sun almost all day long. So I am sure that's why it dries out so quickly.My wife is 60 years old and was able to take off the old ripped top and replace it with this one all by herself. Easy on a non windy day.Once she got the center around the top frame part of the air vent, she only had to adjust it around to the ends to pull the hold tabs over the frame ends.Her only complaint is that they don't mark what side is the 10' and what side is the 12'!! If there was some type of marking, she couldn't find it.So, of course she did have to twist it around (a little frustrating).The last corner was a bit tough to pull on but, the canvas is tough and with a little more pulling with that one, it went on easier than she thought.The air vent cover was a bit tougher. Can't get in the right position to tug that last corner. But, she just tugged and tugged until the material loosened a bit more and got it on. Yes, she said her arms were so tired and sore afterwards.Sure enough, about a week or two after getting the cover on, hurricane Irma comes!! They were calling for 50-70mph winds here in Ga. We knew there was no way just having the side curtains tied open, that a huge canopy, and steel frame, wouldn't get destroyed or the winds getting under it and lifting the entire gazebo that would most definitely destroy the entire gazebo frame. She just replaced that top!So, up on a ladder she went again. Easily popped off the bottom edges and lifted the cover over the upper air vent. (left the air vent cover on)Took about 10 mins to take the cover off.Next day, after Irma passed and winds were down to a breeze, we had the cover back up and secured in about 20 minutes.Because fabric was already loosened a bit, the corners were a lot easier to slip into the pockets.So, anyone who lives in an area where you can't leave the canopy top on year round, it's really easy to take off and put back on when you're ready.Besides not having the sides marked with what side is 10' and what side is 12', she hates how flimsy the screening is around the vent cover.She did rip the original screen when we first put the gazebo up not realizing how flimsy that screen is. They don't give any extra length on that upper screen part. So trying to carefully attach the velcro fron the top air vent to the top cover part is very time consuming and frustrating to do.Even if they left that screen part so thin and flimsy, they could at least add 1/2" of screen to make this part easier.So, for those two bad things with this cover, I had to take off 1 star.

I've tried other cheaper brands in the past and have had issues installing them. This one fit perfect, was easy to install, and looks great. 5 stars.

Even though this product claims to be UV-protected, it's not made of UV-resistant materials. In our climate, we have 290+ sunny days per a year and strong winds during the winter season. UV makes the fabric fragile and wind easily breaks it. The last replacement stayed for 4 years, surviving 4 full winter seasons. For me it looks like a good lifespan for a product of this price.

We use this as a replacement for our Home Depot purchased Allen Roth gazeebo. It's a heck of a lot cheaper than buying a complete new gazeebo.We like to spray ours with scotch guard, that seems to help it last a 3rd and possibly a 4th season. Also, we take it down every fall, pack it away and put it up in the spring. We are in the mid-Atlantic area (Pennsylvania) so this tends to go up around the opening day of the baseball season and come down at the end of the world series. This is the third canopy we have had in about 10-11 years.They are not easy to install, but if you are buying this as a replacement you should already have experience putting the canopy up and down.

Since Roma has taken over Lowes Canada, they have discontinued carrying this replacement canopy of the Lowes product. Was able to find it here from the OEM of the canopy. Since this canopy top fit very well, i have ordered another to keep around as a spare.

Product arrived ahead of scheduled Delivery date. Fit and finish is very good, went on without any issues. Will see how it holds up but so far so good.

Peak top did not fit my frame but the old one was still in good shape.Fits loose so need to watch in rain storms. Water pools on sides.Looks nice though.

We wanted to replace the canopy only on our Allen and Roth gazebo from Lowes and it fit perfectly!
