Q: The holster clip broke. How do I get a new one?

Wouldn't bother with trying to order another clip. Mine broke within 3 days. Spend a few dollars more and get an otterbox (IMO).

Q: Some reviewers said they removed the built-in screen protector and replaced it with a tempered glass one. Is this difficult to do? Other thoughts?

My phone is set up this way. Removing the plastic screen protector is easy, the most difficult part is removing the remains of the adhesive from the case. With a glass protector though, it doesn't really matter if you get it all off.I'm sure you already know this, but keep in mind that the glass protector attaches to the phone, not the case.

Q: What are the real dimensions? The ones listed seems a bit large for the iphone se.

I measured: 5 3/16" l x 2 â..." w x 9/16" d It fits very well in my jeans back pocket...I hope this helps. This case is awesome protecting your iPhone SE investment!
