The rubber ring comes off easily and can be a bit of a pain to get back on the track. If you have arthritis in your hands that may be a factor. Also the interior doors to access the pills are incredibly hard to open. My daughter and I both have to keep a tool with it to pop those open. Neither of us have any hand issues, just tough to open. Otherwise it’s fine, holds the pills and keeps them contained and together for travel.
