Like I said, I love these bottles, BUT, they're finicky. Like a few others, I thought I got some "broken" bottles that wouldn't pump, so I did some testing:- If you don't fill them all the way to the top (roughly anything less than 3/4 full) it will be extremely hard to get the bottom to move up. You will think you got broken bottles.- These work great once they dispense a first time. But, if you don't have enough product to fill the bottle it won't dispense. You can either: Fill these with water first to 1. Make sure the pump works 2. To get the bottles to work the first time. Or, you can turn the bottle upside down and get the product to make contact with the pump. Once it makes you should be able to see the bottom start moving.

I’m very happy with these ! I didn’t read that the 12 option was only for the light gold I needed the gold , but I’m satisfied either way . It’s a well made product and has a little weight to it , which I think adds to the luxury feel .

The media could not be loaded.  Exactly what I was looking for, super clean and pretty. I wish it was a little more gold, but not the end of the world. Definitely recommend.

This was not the color that I ordered and this is a no refundable product!! I can’t use this for the purpose it was intended nor can I return it! So I’m going to have to repurpose, the actual product itself is a ok product in thickness and design
