These breathed new life into my old Turtle Beach Stealth 400 headset. The fit is perfect, and the cups are so much thicker so they fit over your ears better(i have huge monkey ears, so they really helped with that).One big difference i noticed was the sound improvement. With thicker cups, they cancel out more sound from outside the game. I noticed a huge improvement to bass as well as overall clarity.I can wear my headset all day now, thanks to these. I even wear glasses and these cups don't bother them. They're soft and cool enough that my ears don't hurt after a 10 hour gaming session.Overall a fantastic replacement for stock ear cups on your worn out (or even new) TB headset. I highly recommend them.

If you're reading this, you know what I mean. I've had my set of TB420x+ for years and I just can't seem to let them go, love them....but what I didn't love was the black dandruff. After years of use, like any other fake leather, the headband and the earmuffs started marking thier territory and it was time to replace. I almost just bought a new headset but discovered they discontinued the 420 series so I started my shopping here.Super happy with this combo (pics attached). The headband is slightly wider but not enough to bother me.Easy install/replacement took 5 mins.Came with tool to make it easierComfort is on a new level, better than stock for sureSaved $250 for a new headsetDid I mention no more black dandruff?Ready again for hours of play. Shop no more 5/5 with 0 negative feedback.

For third-party replacement ear cushions, these are pretty good. They're soft, thick and comfy. They also installed reasonably well. TECHNICALLY, they fit, but that's the only hitch. These are oval and the cushions on the Turtle Beach X42 headphones are round. The cushions do go on and stay on, but the difference in shape makes them bulge and stretch where they shouldn't (see photos). The good news is that it's only an aesthetic issue, not one of comfort or performance.

These are honestly some of the most comfortable pads I own.Their memory foam is soft but not to soft so it keeps your ear a good distance from the driver.The linen material is incredibly soft to the touch and stays cool better than any other material i have tried.And the hybrid design helps keep the sound punchy and in your face. The interior is lined with perforated protein leather and everything else is the soft linen.The main competition is the BrainWavz Micro Suede and the Cooling Gel gaming variant. Honestly, i like these more than those. I think the sound is better on these and i think these stay cooler and feel softer.Careful what headphones you put them on though. If the headphones require a good seal to keep the base, you will lose some of that. These are best on headphones that dont have or require lots of noise isolation.Im very happy that i purchased these.

I love how comfortable these are. They fit my px51 headset nicely and are much better than the originals. I give it give stars overall but reserve judgement on durability until a couple months pass.*EditI still give these 5 stars. Durability is better than the originals. I would comment that unless the fit is perfect, these will rotate a bit when the headset slides around on your head... Easy enough to readjust though. Would definitely buy one again.

I use the headset on average at least 5 hours a day and my ears would alway ache after about an hour. These replacements however are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing a headset. I don't think these would be very comfortable if your headset isn't streached out like mine.

So much better than the original pads. These are a soft fabric outer cover with a cushioned foam inner lining.

These ear pads made my turtle Beach headset comfortable and usable for more than an hour. Previously with the stock ear pads, my ears were sore in 15 minutes. Very happy with my purchase.
