PillowtexFeatherbed Cover 100% Cotton (King)

I wish I would have read the reviews, if you are reading this, get a king. Not sure why they list it for a queen. Should be relabeled a full. Otherwise the fabric and quality are great.

My featherbed had sprung leaks due to washing & my kitties..It looked like a snowstorm!Now I can savor my featherbed like new!

The cover feels great! I washed it in cold water and hung it to dry but it shrunk. It is a couple of inches short on both sides of the bed.

I read the reviews that mentioned the 'queen' was too small for a full/double sized feather bed and perhaps made for a 'full'. I am so glad to have read the reviews as I might have passed this one up as the company did not sell a full/double bed size through Amazon. I gave it a try and it's PERFECT for the full sized/double bed feather bed ...which I bought at the same time. It's soft and silky and easy to get the feather bed into it. I've washed it twice already. If you have a full size/double bed size feather bed you will find this 'queen' size is just right. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Love the feel of the cover, and the fact that it’s 100% cotton. However, the size is way off for a queen. This probably would’ve fit a twin mattress topper or possibly a full. I am going to order the king size as I may have a better chance.

I already had a king size cover for my queen sized feather bed that I have been using for years. I bought a queen size for a second cover to use to swap when laundering one of them. The queen size is not a full queen size, it's too narrow so it doesn't let the feather bed cover the whole bed.

I ordered a Queen size. I have a 5 inch deep feather bed topper and while it's tight I was able to pull it on myself. I pushed the cover on like I would an overstuffed pillow into a pillow case. I just was very, very careful to NOT pull on the zipper because I didn't want to break it. I would push in one side, punch it a little bit, push in the other side, punch it a little bit and keep it up until it was stuffed all the way in. Then I was able to straighten out the zipper and close it.Because my feather bed is so thick, it poofs up inside the cover a LOT. which makes the entire topper a bit shorter and narrower than it would be if I hadn't used the cover. I don't mind because I sleep alone in the middle of the bed but if your topper is especially thick I wouldn't recommend this particular cover. It's not quite wide or long enough for a really thick feather top. If your topper isn't as thick as mine, I don't think it would be a problem.

I am so disappointed! I bought a king and it doesn't even come close to fitting. I wish I would have seen that it was made in China, I wouldn't have purchased it. I guess I'll keep it to fit my double bed but I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.
