Perfect size for paring
This knife is perfect for dicing, mincing and even slicing very thin onion slices. I had 2 and needed a third when one got lost somewhere. They don’t rust or spot in the dishwasher, although, I’m told that running them through it can dull the blade, so I avoid it when possible. I hand wash most times.

Best knife to help with quick meals. Had one for 10 years never went dull. Cuts clean. Good investment for your kitchen.

Not very sharp but gets the job done.

Very small handle.
This is not like any other paring knife I've ever had. The handle is so small it looks a bit like a child's first shiv. The box is so small I couldn't believe it was really the paring knife I had ordered until I had it out of the box. The blade is crazy sharp, thin and slightly flexible. I prefer paring knives that are a little bit more substantial. That said, if I needed to peel a lot of apples, this might be just the tool. But I don't need to peel a lot of apples.
