I must admit that I am a bit of a snob when it comes to pet supplies. If I wouldn't use it with my kids then I won't use it with my non human babies either. My son's snake has really enjoyed the new bedding. It doesn't contain any weird fillers or chemicals. Even the scent is just plain wood shavings which isn't always the case with other brands. I also really like the lighter color. It makes it easier to see the darker colored snake.

Very good, a lot, I thought very little at first, got a lot. Dry and fluffy a large bag, the weather is warm you can change a little more often, the room will not smell.

This is not worth the money and was the size of two household bricks. We can buy 3 big bags (not compressed) of this for a whole lot less at local stores. NOT WORTH THE $$$$

The media could not be loaded.  This is the perfect bedding for many small animals. I’m using it for chicks, but Guinea pigs, hamsters, rabbits, and snakes would benefit from it. There’s no discernible dust when spreading it as I show in my video. It’s advertised as sawdust but it’s almost like small, shaved bits of ultra thin wood. I recommend you break up the brick of bedding and scatter it about the pen before putting your pets in. I put a few drops of water on the bedding and it clumped and was easy to remove. I think this is an excellent bedding.

Needed more chip bedding for our hamster. Gave this a try. Good stuff. Works well, smells good, absorbent. Would buy again.

This was my first purchase buy this company. I have tried many different brands of aspen bedding and I try and look for cheaper deals… with that said this is by far the worst material I have bought. All my past purchases from all other companies the material is about the exact same. NOT this one. Yes there are shaving but it’s mostly powder. I am not sure why but it also barely absorb any pee.

I used this for my gerbils tank, which is a 20gal long aquarium, and I was able to strip and replace several times with this one bag. This bag is compressed so you have to fluff it out as you use it. There was no dust, and it absorbed very well when I had a leaking bottle. This is a good quality bedding.

I used half the aspen filling the container my baby chick stays in.For $12 it’s not worth it.Not very much aspen for the price but I will say the aspen does work great with absorbing and smell. It’s just to a small amount.
