No, you have to reuse the screw from the machine.

No i didn't, but its your personnel preference.

Q: fit on breville barista pro?

As long as it has the 54mm standard Breville group head. I believe it does, double check. Not going to make a huge difference if the group head flow rate isn’t already an even “rain like” distribution.
