Q: can you turn the oscillating feature off and just have it blow in one direction?

Oscillation i controlled by the same button as the LED lights. It can be slightly confusing, but it works. Hold down the button until oscillation starts, the let go. Lights have 3 levels and are controlled by momentary press of the same button. It's a great little fan!

Q: Can this operate on a power bank?

I haven't tried it, but I don't see why not. It operated not plugged in at all. And the plus is just a usb cable.

Q: Could this fan be easily wall mounted?

I don't see where it could be wall mounted. It can clip to anything, and does have a 360 degree turning capability, easy to adjust where you want the breeze. It also comes with a sturdy bracket that's attached, giving it the ability to hang from a hook or nail if needed. Hope that helps Travis.

Mine stopped as well. Seems that it gets clogged. I only use bottled water. Try emptying and blowing in to hole. Let sit 24 hrs, fill and try. Good luck
