I brought this to help provide support during exercise post surgery, definitely has helped, waist band is tight so it does not fall down, the material could be tighter, but for exercise its about right.brought a size L, i'm a 32" waist in trousers.

This was not really good. Doesn't really provide much support for the stomach area. It still leaves a bump, like if you pull your underwear up. I wish it was tighter on the area which is what this is suppose to do. Good material.
